Tynesha O’Quinn brings more than 18 years of human resources experience to help organizations navigate complex workplace challenges and build stronger people practices.
Tynesha specializes in strategic HR advisory, employee relations, workplace investigations, HR compliance, and organizational effectiveness. She is known for bringing both a strategic perspective and a practical approach to her work, helping leaders address immediate challenges while strengthening the people practices that support long-term organizational success.
Beyond her work in HR, Tynesha is also a speaker and children’s book author. She is the author of Can I Really Do All Things?, a faith-based children’s book inspired by Philippians 4:13 that encourages children to trust God, believe in the gifts He has given them, and approach life’s challenges with faith and confidence.
Tynesha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Senior Human Resources Business Partner (sHRBP), and certified EEO Workplace Investigator.
